Keycard is operated by [OPERATOR NAME, address, registration number]. Using the service means accepting these terms.

What you are buying

A one-time licence. Keycard Pro covers one property; the Host Pack covers up to ten. There is no renewal and no expiry. If pricing changes later, it changes for new purchases — a licence you already hold is not re-priced.

Fair use

A licence covers a guest guide for a real property: text, and the traffic of the guests who stay there. It is not a general-purpose hosting or file-distribution service. We may contact you about a guide that is being used for something else.

Refunds

If Keycard does not do what this site says it does, write within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back, no argument and no form to fill in.

Your content

The content of your guides is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, display it to your guests, and — when you ask for it — translate it. You are responsible for it being accurate and lawful.

Availability

We aim for the service to be up and fast, but we do not promise an uptime figure we have not measured. Published guides are cached on your guests’ phones, so a guest who has already opened a guide keeps it even if the service is down.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, and will say why.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
